Mr. M. A. Jalil Khan is a highly skilled, successful top executive with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector and corporate operations management. He graduated with distinction, earning a Bachelor's (Honours) and Master's (First Class) from the University of Dhaka and completing his MBA in Marketing and International Business at International Islamic University, Chattogram. He has played a crucial role in driving business development and operational excellence for leading healthcare brands in the country. Prior to joining JK Lifestyle as the Group COO, he served as Senior GM (Operations and Hospitality) at Evercare Hospital and GM (Operations) at United Hospital. Additionally, as Director of Marketing at Praava Health, Manager of Marketing & Business Development at Square Hospital and Asgar Ali Hospital, he directly contributed to expanding customer acceptance and business growth. His extensive experience and strategic leadership are expected to reinforce synergy across JK Lifestyle's business units and play a unique role in achieving sustainable organizational growth.
Asaduzzaman Nur joins JK Lifestyle with over 18 years of experience in financial management and corporate governance. He completed his BBA and MBA in Finance from Independent University, Bangladesh. He has also earned a professional Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK. Previously, he held key leadership roles at various organizations, including Cindrella Fashion Limited (Hong Kong), Cindrella Fashions (BD) Ltd., Beximco Communications Limited, Laila Group, and Qubee. Furthermore, Asaduzzaman Nur contributed to managing a project fund of USD 10.92 million under the FSSP in an active World Bank-funded project through Bangladesh Bank, as well as a USD 30 million LEED-certified green building project. His expertise will help improve financial management, efficient resource utilization, and support the company's long-term financial stability.
Md. Shaha Riare Rahman Sagir is a technology professional with over 12 years of experience in IT sector. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from North South University. Before joining JK Lifestyle, he worked as the Manager at ITBee (ITBee Solution, USA), as a Senior Software Engineer at BYSL Global Technologies Ltd., and ATB Lab Ltd. (Japan). Additionally, Md. Shaha Riare is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and a Zend Certified PHP Engineer. His extensive experience in full-stack software development, DevOps, AWS cloud infrastructure management, and database management will boost JK Lifestyle's technological capabilities, digital performance, and overall operational efficiency.
