The partnership marks a significant milestone in PVS Group’s international expansion strategy and combines the manufacturing expertise of PVS Group with ADINATURE’s deep understanding of European markets. The newly formed company will focus on the development, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of value-added animal health products, organic feed supplements, herbal formulations, probiotics, and innovative animal nutrition solutions.
With more than 33 years of experience in research, product development, manufacturing, and global distribution, PVS Group brings extensive industry knowledge to the venture. ADINATURE contributes strong European market insights, local business expertise, and commercial capabilities, creating a foundation for sustainable growth across the region.
Initially, PVS-Europe S.L. will concentrate on serving the poultry, swine, aquaculture, and cattle sectors, with a strong emphasis on sustainable and organic animal nutrition solutions designed to improve animal health, productivity, and farm performance.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Perez Sánchez Miguel, Owner of ADINATURE S.L. and Partner of PVS-Europe S.L., expressed confidence in the collaboration, stating that the partnership would create substantial value for the European animal nutrition market through high-quality, value-added health care and feed supplement products.
