Agrilife24.com:The Honorable Agriculture Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh Rafiqul I Mohamed visits Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) today (07 March 2026). When the Honorable Secretary of Agriculture arrived in front of the institute's headquarters, they were welcomed by BARI Director General Dr. Muhammad Ataur Rahman and the directors. On this occasion, an view exchange meeting was held at Director General's meeting room.
At the beginning of the program, BARI Director General Dr. Muhammad Ataur Rahman delivered a welcome speech on the institute's activities and achievements. In an exchange of views with the scientists of BARI, the Honorable Secretary gave a guiding speech, acknowledging the outstanding contribution of the scientists in agriculture and assuring further possible cooperation in the future. Chief Scientific Officers, department heads and officials of various division/center/section of BARI were present at the event.
