Capital Correspondent: The three-day Exclusive Hatchery Training, part of the PoultryTechBangladesh initiative, successfully concluded today, Wednesday, June 18, at Hotel Bengal Blueberry in Gulshan-2, Dhaka. The training program aimed to strengthen Bangladesh’s poultry value chain by equipping hatchery professionals with modern knowledge and practical skills.
Organized by Larrive International and LightCastle Partners in collaboration with Royal Pas Reform and AXON Ltd., and supported by the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the training brought together industry stakeholders for hands-on learning sessions focused on best practices in hatchery management.
Present at the event were Mr. Zahidul Islam, Managing Director of AXON Limited, Ainan Tajrin, Business Consultant of LightCastle Partners.
Expert-led sessions were conducted by Gerd de Lange, Senior Poultry Specialist at Pas Reform Academy, and Lotte Hebbink, Incubation Specialist at Pas Reform Academy, who shared their international expertise and insights on incubation and hatchery efficiency.
Participants expressed their appreciation, noting that the training helped modernize their skills and broaden their understanding of hatchery operations. The event concluded with a certificate distribution ceremony, recognizing the commitment and participation of all trainees.
