Agrilife24.com:A seven-day long ‘Annual Research Review Workshop 2022-23’ of Bangladesh Rice Research Institute (BRRI) will be inaugurated on February 08, 2024 (Thursday). Honourable Minister of Agriculture Dr. Md. Abdus Shahid MP will be present as the chief guest in the inaugural session of the workshop.

Chairman of Bangladesh Agricultural Development Corporation (BADC), Mr Abdullah Sazzad ndc; Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC), Dr. Shaikh Mohammad Bokhtiar; Director General of Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE), Mr Badal Chandra Biswas; Director General of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI), Dr. Debasish Sarker; FAO (Food and Agricultural Organization) Representative in Bangladesh Dr. Jiaoqun Shi and IRRI (International Rice Research Institute) Representative in Bangladesh Dr. Humnath Bhandari will be present as guests of honor. BRRI Director General Dr. Md. Shahjahan Kabir will preside over the event.
