Agrilife24.com: ACI Seed organized a Crop Show Program of diverse and modern vegetable varieties recently at its own PDS Station, Sadar, Jashore. The program aimed to provide a complete solution for vegetable seeds to the farmers. More than 50 dealers of the south region along with the leaders of the sales and marketing team of ACI Seed participated in the program.
The Business is marketing the world-renowned vegetable seed as well as its R&D varieties. ACI Seed is currently marketing a total of 110 varieties of 39 vegetable crops including 36 varieties of 12 crops of its R&D that received a massive response from the farmers and traders. The Business exhibited 84 types including new research varieties of 14 crops in the crop show program. The mentionable varieties are – Bottle Gourd – Moyna, Marshal Super; Bitter Gourd – Piya, Papiya Super Gold; Sweet Gourd – Mohana, Sweet Boy, Sweet Spot; Sponge Gourd – Suchana; Ridge Gourd – Awesome; Snack Gourd – Rodela etc. The hybrid & OP varieties of Brinjal, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Okra, Yard Long Bean, Radish, Wax Gourd, Chili, and Water Melon are also exhibited in the program.
Mr. Manzurul Haque, Deputy Director, Department of Agriculture Extension, Jashore was present in the program as a Chief Guest. Mr. Hasan Ali, Upazila Agriculture Officer, Sadar, Jashore; Mr. Mizanur Rahaman, Business Operation Manager, Mr. AKM Shahinur Rahman, GM, Sales of ACI Seed were present in the program.
Under the guidance of Mr. Khandaker Saifur Rahman, Chief Marketing Officer; Dr. Akik Bin Zaher, PDS Manager, ACI Seed organized the program with his team. The dealers were satisfied. They would like to see more similar programs about the potential varieties.
