BAAG Observes 2nd Death Anniversary of Dr. Kazi M. Badruddoza with Solemn Remembrance Meeting

Agrilife24.com: On 30 August, the Bangladesh Academy of Agriculture (BAAG) observed the second death anniversary of Dr. Kazi M. Badruddoza—Emeritus Scientist, founding and lifelong President of BAAG, and a pioneering figure in Bangladesh’s agricultural research and development.

A remembrance meeting was held at the Bangladesh Agro-Entrepreneur Welfare Foundation (BAEF) Conference Room in Uttara, Sector 9, where Fellows of BAAG and members of BAEF gathered to honor his enduring legacy. As Chief Advisor of BAEF, Dr. Badruddoza played a vital role in shaping the organization’s vision and mission.

Speakers, including Fellows of BAAG and the Secretary General of BAEF, recalled Dr. Badruddoza’s remarkable contributions to advancing agricultural science and his lifelong dedication to building a hunger-free and prosperous Bangladesh through modern technologies.

Several Fellows proposed initiatives to carry forward the programs and ideas he championed, pledging to uphold his vision for future generations.

The meeting was presided over by Professor Lutfur Rahman, President of BAAG.
